Ground Yourself, Grow, and Thrive
The retreat is designed around renewal, well-being, breath, holding space, going deep within for self-care as we train ourselves for navigating complexity in this time and space. Inspired by the beautiful Blue Ridge mountain’s recovery from last fall’s hurricanes and floods, we will be embracing the energy of change, recovery and transformation.

Deepen Self Exploration Through Enneagram
Explore instincts, shadows, and energy to create personal capacity to hold space.

Hands-on Practice
Engage in small group sessions with faculty mentors, applying core competencies in your current and most challenging scenarios.

Meaningful Conversations
Reflect on the challenges that weigh on our hearts and minds as coaches and leaders, and learn how to hold presence in extreme polarity thinking and behaviors.

Connect with Mother Nature
Explore the 63-acre beautiful property for reconnecting through silence and being with nature. Walk the labyrinth, journal, chat with new and familiar colleagues and faculty.
Engage with Expert Faculty and Guests
Conversation among masters format: expert opens up the conversation and participants work in small group breakouts to go more deeply into the content.

Walk a Medicine Wheel
Walk a Medicine Wheel for a path of health, well-being and integration – body, mind spirit. This is known in cultures around the world as original medicine. This will be a ritual, reminder of your connection to all that is, to purpose, and to each other.
The retreat faculty rate is $375
The cost of retreat spaces, programming and lodging (for those who would like to stay at Bend Of Ivy) for faculty will be covered as gratitude for your time in meetings/class prep/student referrals. We are just requesting your help with meals which will be $375 per person for Wednesday afternoon/evening through Saturday midday.
