Somatic Pathways to Masterful Coaching

At the merger of ancient wisdom and neuroscience, somatic practices open us to more fully trusting the wisdom within.  Focused on the innate body and power we have to notice and address blocked energy; the Somatic pathway course will aid participants to access intuition for building self and other’s keen awareness.  Considered distinct from a rational mind, our bodies carry cellular memories and intelligences that we can all learn to trust as guides to better discoveries and actions.  Creating more context for how energy plays out in lived experiences and conversation, this course will offer insights for making changes that are aligned with personal truths – what we know to be integrous and right for living with more ease, joy and well-being.

Course Objectives:

• To explore and build awareness of the energetic body through movement and conversation in ways that help us intentionally access intuition and innate wisdom.
• To develop a toolkit of somatic practices to fully notice how we hold energy and flow. 
• To learn to hear, trust, and integrate the wisdom of our energetic body into our communication.

This six-hour course is taught by the HCI Founder, Darelyn DJ Mitsch, MCC, Reiki Master, and Gin Burchfield, PCC, National Board-Certified Health coach, somatic integration specialist and faculty for the Healthcare Coaching Institute.  We are teaming to share insights that include coaching competencies especially the evoking awareness and embodied mindset.  With a focus on awakening intuition and body wisdom in coaches and clients alike, this course is a place to come play, stretch and access better information.  Learning to recognize and addressed blocked energy will transform your coaching!
