"The Leader as Coach program helped me increase my ability to show up as an effective senior leader, even on those days when the last thing I want is for someone to come to me with a problem; or those days when I’m in over my head with strategic concerns that really need my attention and one of my team just needs some support in dealing with their priorities. Leader as Coach was key to preventing my own burnout and helped me bring a different perspective to the challenges I routinely face in attending to the culture of our organization while assuring things are getting done..."There’s a phrase 'leading with backbone and heart' that best describes the skills this program helps develop & strengthen."
